Synthetic Ultra-Low Viscosity Automatic Transmission Fluid

ATLANTIC SYNTHECH ATF ULV is a full-synthetic, ultra-low viscosity (ULV) transmission fluid approved for use in passenger car and light-duty truck automatic transmissions meeting the requirements of most of the newest Ford and GM automatic transmissions. It is specifically designed to provide long service life and consistent shift performance for the life of the fluid, as well as better shift performance under extreme operating conditions. It has been designed for use in many modern transmissions, including many 10-speed transmissions that require enhanced performance requirements. It provides excellent anti-shudder performance and has enhanced low-temperature properties for high shifting performance in cold weather. The ultra-low viscosity fluid helps to increase fuel economy compared to higher viscosity fluids.

Applications

ATLANTIC SYNTHECH ATF ULV is recommended for use in many newer Ford and GM vehicles where the manufacturer recommends MERCON ULV or equivalent fluids. It meets the performance requirements of the latest 9 & 10 speed transmission designs, including the Ford* 10R80 found in select Ford F-150 and Raptor Trucks.

ATLANTIC SYNTHECH ATF ULV is not recommended for use in dual clutch transmissions (DCTs), belt or chain driven continuously variable transmissions (CVTs), or older transmissions that require a higher-viscosity fluid. Please refer to the owner’s manual for correct fluid recommendation.
