Atlantic Synthetic Air Compressor Oils

Fully Synthetic - Peak Pressure Performance

ATLANTIC SYNTHETIC AIR COMPRESSOR OILS are fully synthetic, superior quality air compressor lubricants for extended oil drain intervals with discharge temperatures up to 200°C for stationary and mobile applications. Very effective in screw type compressors with oil injection cooling.

ATLANTIC SYNTHETIC AIR COMPRESSOR OILS use a unique additive systems that provide outstanding thermal and oxidation stability, high viscosity index, high flash point, low pour point, anti-wear protection, and excellent hydrolytic stability. It also protects against the formation of oxidation byproducts and acidic materials which will eventually cause deposits and varnish, rust, oxidation, and foaming.

Applications

ATLANTIC AIR COMPRESSOR OILS are designed primarily for rotary screw and vane air compressor, particularly effective for continuous high temperature operation with discharge temperatures up to 200º C. Suitable for units with a history of excess oil degradation, poor valve performance or deposit formation & are compatible with all metals used in compressor construction and with mineral-oil compatible elastomers used in seals, O-rings and gaskets, compressor systems with critical gears and bearings, units operating under severe conditions. Reciprocating air compressor crankcases and cylinders.

ATLANTIC SYNTHETIC AIR COMPRESSOR OILS show excellent performance in the following types of compressors;

  • Rotary screw and vane air compressor.
  • Screw type compressors with oil injection cooling.
  • Units operating under severe conditions.
  • Multistage units with a history of excessive oil degradation from mineral oil-based products.
  • Compressor systems with critical gears and bearings.
  • Compressors used in stationary and mobile applications.

ATLANTIC AIR COMPRESSOR OILS are not recommended for air compressors used in breathing air applications.
